Robert ‘Bob’ C. Felder, 67, of Cortland passed away on October 30, 2015 at Cortland Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 10, 1948 in Manhattan, NY a son of the late Robert and Myrtle Felder. Robert worked notably as Stop DWI Coordinator for Cortland County, and as an educator in the area until 2002. He was an avid football fan, coaching area football teams and watching the Green Bay Packers. He is survived by his two sons; Dylan Felder and Adam Felder both of Cortland one daughter, Mmselle and Gino A. Sonnacchio of Cortland, one sister Denise Felder. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045.
