Obituary of Brianna D Copes

Type Obit Here Brianna Davina Copes June 16, 1997 – August 16, 2015 Our beautiful "Breezy" was taken from us to rest with the lord unexpectedly early Sunday morning. Though our hearts are heavy with pain and grief we look to the skies feeling comfort knowing that her Nanny was their assisting Brianna in her journey through the light, where our Lord, Almighty Savior awaited to present Brianna, this beautiful angel, with her wings. Brianna attended the Cortland Alternative High School and was to be a senior in high school this coming year. She was a bright, beautiful soul who had a sparkle about her that made her many friends throughout the years. Her smile was always a mile wide. Brianna Davina Copes is survived by her mother Melissa A. Jones, Father Brett Franshot Copes, her sisters Syletha Jones, Shai-Ann Jones and her twin brother Brett Franshot Copes Jr. Her beloved animals, her dog Layla and cats Una and Levi. She had many extended brothers and sisters as well. Brianna also leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Linda A. Skiff, and her cousin Cory James Hathaway. Calling hours will be held at True and Living House of Prayer on Main Street in McGraw on Friday, from 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm with a service to follow at 7:30 pm.
