Obituary of Barbara J. Wood

Barbara J. Wood, 61, of Homer passed away unexpectedly May 11,2015 at home. Barb was born April 14, 1954 in Cortland , the daughter of the late John and Helen Gage Boyle. Barb was a 1973 graduate of Cortland High School, and had been employed at Pall Corporation until her health required her to retire. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and doing crafts. Barb is survived by her husband Gregory of Homer, her children Scott (Penny) Wood of Homer, Nicholas (Jollene) Wood of Cortland, Teri Wood of Elmira, her grandchildren Devon and Jenna Morse, Dylan and Gary Wood, sister Cheryl Boyle of Cortland, brothers John Boyle of Cortland, and David (Judy) Boyle of Tx. Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM Monday May 18,2015 at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland Interment will follow in Scott Union Cemetery.
