Jean G. Merlin, 75, formerly of Cortland, passed away on April 14, 2015.
She enjoyed gardening, golfing, bowling and was an avid seamstress, but most of all spending time with her family. Jean was active volunteering for various civic organizations throughout the years.
Jean is survived by her children, Penelope Partis and Erik (Roxanne) Merlin; her brother, William (Billy) Groves; her grandchildren, Heather, Nicholas, McKayla, Trevor and Katelyn; and her great grandchildren, Caden, Tavian, Anthony, and Alena.
She was predeceased by her parents, William and Jeannie Elizabeth Groves; brothers, Brian and Robert Groves; and her daughter, Jennifer Joan Merlin.
At Jean's request there are no services.
